Aliseda Inmobiliaria is a leading real estate asset and loan management company, owned by funds managed by Blackstone (51% of the capital) and Banco Santander (49%). Together with Anticipa Real Estate, it manages 100,000 real estate assets and loans, worth 18 billion euros. It offers tailor-made strategies for each asset: sale of homes, urban management and sale of land, sale of commercial assets and management of NPLs. Its activity is supported by a team with solid experience and resources focused on efficiency and digitization.
This experience has allowed Aliseda to offer its services to other large companies with large real estate portfolios since 2022. Notably, Sareb, for which Aliseda and Anticipa jointly manage its portfolio of assets and loans. Also, in 2022 they launched EFFIC, a leader in the management of energy efficiency improvement projects in real estate within the framework of the Next Generation funds. EFFIC has been recognized by the Urban Land Institute, the most prominent organization in the international real estate sector, as the best platform for the efficient rehabilitation of residential buildings in Spain and Portugal.
